This machine is mainly used in pharmacy industry to process tangled granules into uniform and qualified ones in accordance with technical requirements. Meanwhile, it is widely used in the industries of pharmacy, chemistry and food.
By moving the portal frame, the feeding inlet of the door-type granulator is linked with the feeding outlet of the fixed lifting transfer feeder of NTF series. During its operation, the inside granules will pass trough the hopper of the transfer feeder into the chamber of the straightening granulator, and the granules will be drained out of the body through a screen mesh after the crashing, squeezing and shearing of the straightening granulating knife inside the body. The processed granules will flow into the hopper trough guide cylinder.
The gantry substrate of this machine is equipped with trundles, easy to move. The height of the straightening granulator is designed in accordance with the demand of technical requirements, which optimizes the production process. It completely conforms with the GMP requirements of pharmacy production.
